These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through laestri.com, operated by LAESTRI.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

LAESTRI operates as a sole trader business registered in Ireland.

2. Products

LAESTRI specialises in personalised gifts and decorative products.

Depending on the product, items may be designed, made, engraved, personalised or finished by LAESTRI in Ireland.

Because some products use natural materials such as wood, small variations in grain, colour, texture or engraving appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and other information are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

3. Personalisation

Customers are responsible for checking the personalisation information submitted with their order, including names, dates, spelling and other custom details.

We will normally produce personalised products using the information supplied when the order is placed.

If you discover an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@laestri.com. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

If LAESTRI makes an error and the finished product does not match the personalisation information provided by the customer, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for us to produce.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil it.

We may cancel an order before dispatch if, for example:

• a product is unavailable;
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• we cannot complete the requested personalisation;
• the order is suspected to be fraudulent; or
• fulfilling the order would be unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency available for the customer's selected market.

Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in EUR (€), GBP (£), or another supported local currency.

The final product price, shipping cost and total amount payable will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Ireland.

Production time and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and delivery method selected.

Delivery dates shown on our website or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Many LAESTRI products are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

The statutory 14-day right to cancel generally does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

8. Non-Personalised Products

Where applicable, consumers purchasing eligible non-personalised products online generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel the purchase, followed by up to 14 days to return the goods.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact hello@laestri.com with your order number and details of the problem.

Where possible, photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of laestri.com, including LAESTRI branding, photographs, graphics, product designs, website content and original artwork, belongs to LAESTRI or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use our content without permission except where permitted by law.

Customers submitting text, logos, artwork or other material for personalisation confirm that they have the necessary right or permission to use that material.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, modify or temporarily remove products, content or website functionality when necessary.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, reviews and marketing.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

13. Limitation of These Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Irish and EU rules require online businesses to provide consumers with clear information about the trader, prices, delivery, cancellation rights and related charges before purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws applicable to your purchase.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
